Mike believes that participation in some form of exercise is a must for every individual, at any stage of life. He understands that individuals come from various fitness backgrounds and possess different goals, needs, and interests. Mike listens and responds to his clients so that their unique fitness goals can be achieved and maintained. Good health requires a minimum time investment, and if you are willing, you can attain a better quality of life.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Health from Queen's University
  • Can-Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer
  • Keiser Power Pacing Cycling Instructor
  • RPM Cycling Instructor

He has providedpersonalized training programs for individuals from teens to the elderly, and those with chronic health conditions. Mike regularly attends fitness conferences and specialized training sessions in order to further his knowledge and to stay informed of current issues in the industry.

Mike has competed in over 160 running races, most notably two Half-Ironman Triathlons, the Canadian Cross-Country Championships, and the Boston and Philadelphia Marathons. He also enjoys outdoor activities and playing team sports such as hockey and basketball.
