
Mike
knows when to push me to do more and yet realizes
when I have reached my limit.Heputs up with
my whining, which was quite frequent in the
beginning. I like his kind, gentle approach
and his fun way of motivating me to do "two
more!". I know I have more strength and
stamina and am not intimidated by all the machines.
I also know my clothes certainly fitmuch better.
I
would highly recommend Mike Myers as a Personal
Trainer. If, in the future, I decide I need
to get back on track again, I will certainly
sign up for more sessions with Mike. He deserves
the title of "Master Trainer".

The
changes have been great in terms of my sense
of well-being, as well as noticing changes in
my strength and endurance. Mike has been encouraging
in a consistent, low-key kind of way. There
is no false praise. I appreciate his expertise.
He has helped me over a couple humps when I
felt, "why am I doing this?". Mike
has pushed me along and expected that I could
meet new goals. I then try not to disappoint.
I have a lot of fun getting fit.
Mike
has helped me become familiar with the equipment
on my own and with my own abilities. I am now
hooked on this weights stuff and it is hard
to give up. If you don't know where to start
and you want to push yourself a little harder,
I would recommend working with a personal trainer.

As
a full-time working mom with two teenagers,
getting up early in the mornings demanded much
of my time. I had very little energy and would
fall asleep going to and coming from work. I
gained weight and could not fit into some of
my favourite clothes. I was frustrated, and
I just didn't feel good about myself. I needed
a change in my life; I needed to do something
for me.
I see Mike Myers once a week for strength training.
The combination of aerobic exercise and strength
training has given me my youthful energy back.
Mike
gives me a variety of strength exercises using
free weights and machines. He makes each session
fun, interesting, and gives me the encouragement
I need to keep me motivated. I recently received
my follow-up fitness assessment and I am excited
to say I went from 29.4% to 19.0% body fat in
just a little over 10 weeks. I've gained considerable
muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Mike made this program
most enjoyable. He not only showed us the correct
way of doing various exercises and using the
equipment, but I found him to be very motivating
and he always kept the routines very interesting.
The routines were never monotonous and with
Mike's clever games we were always challenged
to do better than the last session.
Although
the program only lasted for 12 sessions, I feel
that with Mike's expertise and guidance I can
now plan a more challenging exercise program
for myself. I would recommend Mike Myers to
anyone who is interested in a program with a
personal trainer. His pleasant personality was
always a bonus.

The
time just flew by and I found it really fun.
There were three of us participating in the
program. Mike used this fact to help motivate
us, coaxing us to try and compete but in a joking
manner so we didn't get too tense about it,
but we gave everything our best shot. Mike was
always fair, dividing his time evenly between
us. He used various tricks to get the best effort
from us. These games helped make the sessions
fun and humourous and our workouts never seemed
like work.
Mike
has a very pleasant manner, an infectious smile,
and a good knack for encouraging us to give
our maximum effort. I thoroughly enjoyed the
sessions, and if it were not for the fact that
I am going away I would sign up again. I lost
10 pounds over the two programs and feel so
much better. I would highly recommend Mike as
a personal trainer to anyone.

My
personal trainer was fun to be around. He had
a good sense of humour, so the sessions were
more enjoyable. He made you want to come back.
He provides a good variety and asked for feedback
with what you liked and disliked. He made you
want to push yourself that little bit more than
you thought you could. He makes you stick to
your commitment so you want to go. Working in
a group also helped in staying committed because
others were counting on you being there.

Having a personal trainer
has helped me to reach my original goals and
